فارسی جالب است

ما ایرانیان خارج نشین در گفتگو با مردم انگلیسی زبان مشکل داشته‌ایم، بیان اصطلاحاتِ رایج در زبان فارسی بوده که نمیشد به زبان انگلیسی ترجمه کرد، اما اکنون این مشکل هم الحمدالله برطرف شد.

فکر می کنه از دماغ فيل افتاده؟

قربونت برم
.May I be sacrificed for you

شتر ديدی نديدی

زبون درازی می‌کنه
.He does long tongue

خر تو خره
.Donkey in to donkey

مثل فيل و فنجون می‌مونن
.They are like an elephant and a tea cup

هندونه زير بغلم نذار
.Don't put watermelon under my arms

با ديوار يکيت می‌کنم
.I'll make you one with the wall

مي‌خواستم ببنم فضولم کيه؟
?I wanted to see who my nosy person is

بهم چپ چپ نگاه نکن
.Don't look at me left left

ما رو رو سياه کرد
.Took the water from my face, painted us black

در ديزی بازه حيای گربه کجا رفته؟
    ?The door to the pot is open, where is the integrity of the cat

شتر سواری دلا دلا نمیشه
.You can't ride a camel bending, bending
